What does Virtual Classroom and On Demand mean?

Students who sign up for a virtual classroom course will attend from any location where they have a sufficient Internet connection and device such as a laptop or tablet. Students will will access to our learning portal where they will find student files and instructions on how to get setup for the course. On the day of the scheduled course, students will login into the live GotoMeeting session and join the audio meeting. There will be scheduled breaks and lunch during the course of the day.

On Demand gives our students access to our learning portal that contains a wide range of learning tools that students will go through at their own pace, on their schedule with the support from our instructors. Many of our On Demand courses include virtual hands on labs as well.

How is is this different from the traditional approach?

The traditional training approach leaves students will only a few options; they can attend a scheduled instructor-led session (physical or online) close to where they live and work (or travel to a specific destination if the course is not available or if there are scheduling conflicts). The other option (self paced) is to subscribe to a content provider that grants access to a library of videos or simply through YouTube and other content sources.

Our approach is combining these two platforms to provide both live instructor-led sessions as well as provide a learning environment that includes a combination of tutorials, videos, content libraries, interactive guides, knowledge checks and live sessions with our instructors. This On Demand approach allows our students to learn at their own pace, on their own time from multiple devices and with the support from our instructors. Our team of trainers, consultants and subject matter experts have spent many hours creating and compiling these useful learning assets so you dont have to. This combination of virtual classroom delivery along with on demand content give our students the most value added training solutions available today.
