This Microsoft Project course teaches project managers how to create, manage, report on and track projects and resources in the Microsoft Project environment. We cover a wide range of modules and topics including managing tasks and assignments, generating reports as well as tracking your projects. Students learn how to create and organize a task list, create dependencies, shape the schedule, as well as create and assign resources. Students also learn about resolving resource overallocations, tracking and reporting on projects.This course covers both basic and advanced topics relating to this powerful project management desktop application.
