4.1 Nonjudgment
Explores the origin of judgment and language we can use to reduce judgment and blame in our lives.
4.2 Acceptance
Integrates the language of non-judgment with mindfulness and explores how resistance impedes on our ability to accept a situation.
4.3 Forgiveness
Allows us to release old judgments and treat ourselves and others with the kindness we all deserve.

Practicing gratitude is good for your health.
5.2 Neuroplasticity
The power of neuroplasticity to change our brain chemistry in order to internalize the thoughts, feelings, and sensations associated with gratitude.

In its pure sense, refers to deeply loving ourselves for who we are… and it is probably the most difficult love to achieve.

Discusses the positive effects we can have on ourselves and others when we interact with kindness, compassion, and generosity.
